Spot is an agile robot dog that you can program for a wide range of applications. Now the robot is ready for the launch to customers.

Boston Dynamics build Spot as “robot as platform” for custom usage in rough-terrain mobility, 360 degree obstacle avoidance, remote control and autonomy navigation.

You can customize Spot by adding specialized sensors, software and other payloads,ย  robot accessories include a robotic arms , gas sensor and Lidar sensors .

Spot can be programmed using Python programming language using the SDK .

Early customers are already testing Spot to monitor construction sites, provide remote inspection at gas, oil and power installations and in public safety.
