Stretch – robot by Boston Dynamics

Stretch, a new prototype of Boston Dynamics’s “Handle” designed to automate box moving tasks in warehouses and distribution centres . Stretch’s mobile base allows it to go to where repetitive box lifting is required – unloading trucks, building pallets of boxes and order building.

The company claims that Stretch will be helpful in warehouse operations, increase efficiency and safety for workers. Also that  Stretch’s technology builds upon our decades of advancements in robotics will help, and easily integrated solution that can be deployed in any warehouse.
